My siblings and I

In other news, we have a new (used) vehicle! Our Mazda appears to be nearing the end of its lifespan- at least without needing costly repairs. It's the car I've had since my junior year of high school. Dave & I have had no idea how to replace it, since we don't have the money for a car payment. We've been praying about it for over a year. Our answer came last Sunday- my brother emailed and asked if we would be interested in buying his truck. (All we're looking for is a small car for Dave to drive to work, so it didn't matter that it only seats 2-3 people) It's 3 years newer than our Mazda, so it's 10 years old- but it has almost 100,000 less miles! It's in good condition. We still weren't sure how we would buy it now, since we wouldn't have extra money until tax refund time in February- but my mom was willing & able to loan us the money until then! In the meantime we'll be selling our car, and it will likely pay for about 1/2 the cost of the truck. All that to say- we are thrilled to have a better working car, and it worked out greater than we could have imagined! Thank you God!
Here are Dave & Daniel going on a little outing this afternoon. They just got back, and apparently Daniel loved it! He kept pointing out pedestrians to Dave to make sure he didn't run them over. :)

I am so happy for you with the new truck! Yay!
Very cool. I'm glad that worked out for you guys. Missed you all on THanksgiving, but was glad that you were able to spend time with your whole family.
Love, Rachel
So bring that truck by some day and we'll see how good it is at getting my bags of leaves to the county dump.
Seriously, great news about the truck - Looking forward to seeing in real life.
